animals in the news is my collection of cool and interesting news stories involving .... you guessed it.... animals.

it all started with mystery monkey man. a story so bizzaro i had to share with others....soon i started unearthing all kinds of cool animal news stories usually stuck on the back page, while the frontpage was plastered with all the murder, war, and scandal fit to print. i started skipping the front page completely and heading straight for the back page, amazingly my mood perked up and my days brighten. i passed these stories along to a small circle of friends, one of those being my brother brian who hounded me to post a page. so what the heck i am trying it.
